Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking an Assistant Commercial Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive profitability, and develop staff. You will support the Branch Manager with inventories, employee administration, and service-center efficiency while managing customer relationships in the transportation sector.

The role blends office and service-shop duties at a tire/mechanic service center, requiring strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field (four-year degree preferred).
• At least 2 years' experience in the industry or a related management position.
• Experience managing P&L is preferred.
• Familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 software is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Commercial TIA certification preferred.
• Forklift certification obtained after employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability by meeting monthly and yearly branch goals.
• Implement and evaluate branch operating practices.
• Provide sales staff support and supervision for quotes and customer requests.
• Assist Branch Manager with inventory management and service orders.
• Oversee workflow of customer work orders and staff staffing opportunities.
• Maintain employee administrative files and safety certifications.
