Responsibilities

• Supervise opening/closing of the branch and ensure safety procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction.
• Train and develop employees to optimize workflow.
• Motivate team and provide training and development support.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
