Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Branch Intern for a 10–12 week on‑site internship at our McKinney, TX facility. You will participate in daily distribution center operations, assist with customer service, and shadow sales activities, preparing for possible full‑time opportunities in the Management Trainee Program.

You will develop hands‑on experience in operations, sales support, and project leadership, while adhering to safety standards and working in a hybrid setting within our warehouses.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program relevant to our business, with graduation within 2 semesters after internship.
• Willingness to engage in a 10–12 week hands‑on internship in a distribution center.
• Strong references validating work ethic, leadership, and teamwork.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to daily operations of a high‑profile distribution center under supervision.
• Master key distribution center functions: receiving, moving, loading, dispatch, delivery, and customer service.
• Lead projects of strategic importance and present outcomes to executives.
• Participate in a three‑day corporate visit to present project results.
• Support learning with a view to potential full-time opportunities in the Management Trainee Program.
