SRS Distribution Inc. is offering a Branch Intern position at our McKinney, TX distribution center. You will participate in daily operations, customer service, and sales shadowing, gaining hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and business functions.

You will be part of a 10–12 week program designed to build leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills, with potential for a full-time Management Trainee opportunity after graduation.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree program relevant to our business with expected graduation within 2 semesters.
• Willingness to commit to 10–12 weeks full-time internship during the summer.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship and ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to daily operations of a high-profile distribution center under the Branch Manager.
• Master key distribution-center functions: receiving, moving, loading, dispatch, delivery, and order entry.
• Shadow Territory Manager for outside sales and lead strategic projects for executive review.
• Engage in intensive learning toward potential full-time Management Trainee opportunities post-graduation.
• Deliver a three-day corporate visit presentation and showcase project outcomes to senior leadership.
• Perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting building materials; maintain safety and accuracy.
• Utilize strong computer proficiency, organization, and time management to drive efficiency.
• Provide compliant behavior: maintain legal work status, pass background and pre-employment checks.
