Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program with graduation within 2 semesters.
• Proven work experience and leadership roles in school or work.
• Willingness to participate in a full-time, hands-on 10-12 week internship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the daily operations of a high-profile distribution center.
• Learn receiving, moving, loading, dispatch, delivery, and order entry, while shadowing a Territory Manager for outside sales.
• Lead strategic projects with outcomes presented to executive leadership.
• Pursue internal growth and potentially join the Management Trainee Program after graduation.
• Present project outcomes during a three-day corporate visit.
• Be prepared for physical tasks including lifting building materials.
• Utilize strong computer, strategic thinking, organization and time management to drive efficiency.
• Meet safety, background checks and drug test requirements; maintain valid driver's license and work authorization.
