Job summary

Traffic Management LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to support Branch and Regional Managers and serve as the primary backup for the Branch Manager, ensuring continuity in daily operations at the Seattle/Auburn location.

The role covers dispatching field operations, handling extensive paperwork, and ensuring compliant traffic control estimates and plans. It includes inventory control, staff development, and fleet management with a strong safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High level knowledge of MUTCD guidelines and regulations.
• Budget analysis experience.
• Profit and loss analysis capabilities.
• Proven record of improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch and Regional Managers with key operational tasks and act as backup for Branch Manager.
• Dispatching and scheduling of all field operations; ensure timely submission of paperwork.
• Oversee inventory controls for sales, rentals, and related reporting; propose improved inventory methods.
• Recruitment, training, and development of staff; conduct performance reviews and recommend salary/ development actions.
• Manage facilities and fleet, ensure OSHA compliance, permits, and vendor accounts.
