What You’ll Do:

As our Operations Manager, you’ll:

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for key departments, including Warehousing, IT, HR, Finance, and Customer Service
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while championing continuous improvement projects.
• Oversee hiring processes and team development
• Implement and manage innovative software, hardware, and business processes from start to finish
• Build processes for standardizing requests like customer forms, compliance documentation, and QMS
• Visit branches regularly to foster alignment and support, with travel scheduled quarterly or as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of operational management experience in a B2B environment with a business that sells tangible products (not services)
• Proven expertise in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and its company-wide implementation
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and implementing continuous improvements
• A servant leadership mindset with excellent critical-thinking skills
• Outstanding communication skills, including email and phone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multi-branch operations
• Oversight of teams with 25+ employees
• 10+ years of experience in operations, ideally within industrial distribution.
• Familiarity with Epicor’s Prophet 21 ERP system.
