Job summary

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary

Job Shift: Day

Constitution Bank is coming to Bethalto, IL, and we're anxious to hire a motivated individual to oversee the deposit operations as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you would be expected to build meaningful relationships with the community we serve. Constitution Bank is a community bank and needs a Branch Manager who seeks to make a difference in the communities where we live and work.

Training for this position will be held at our neighboring locations, Hillsboro Main Branch, Edwardsville, Staunton or Highland. Our projected opening of our new Bethalto branch is Fall 2026.
