Job summary

Love Where You Work is seeking a branch operations leader in Holladay, Utah. The role focuses on ensuring policy compliance, delivering professional member service, and supporting staff in daily branch activities.

The position includes supervising branch staff, assisting with loan processing, CDs and IRAs, and promoting Credit Union products to broaden the member base. It also involves cross-training and coordinating with the Branch Manager for scheduling and goal setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two to five years of related operations experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and policies.
• Understanding of Teller/Member Service Representative functions.
• Knowledge of Loan Officer duties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising Branch operations and ensuring adherence to Credit Union policies, laws, and audits.
• Assists Head Teller and Tellers; supports loan processing, CDs, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes.
• Promotes branch business development and cross-sells Credit Union products.
• Acts as Loan Officer, processing and approving member loans within policy limits.
• Prepares reports and maintains proper documentation of branch functions.
• Provides staff training and orientation; helps determine staffing levels and scheduling.
