Job summary

STAline Waterworks, a Charlotte, NC based distributor of waterworks products, seeks a Branch Manager to lead Greensboro branch operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will manage a high-performing team, oversee daily logistics, and align with branch goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four year college or technical school.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience managing a warehouse/distribution facility.
• Knowledge about waterworks products strongly preferred.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and lead a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Foster customer account relationships serviced by the branch.
• Organize and manage all branch operations to meet customer needs and service goals.
• Perform personnel functions, including hiring, training and performance evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate branch pricing, sales, and distribution activities.
• Review financial and performance data to drive productivity and cost reductions.
