• Mortgage Certification.
• Business Account Certification.
• Signature Guarantee/Medallion Stamp Certification.

• Ability to supervise all personnel within the branch and coordinate with Administration.
• Maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong focus on helping each member achieve financial success.
• Ensure member experiences are at or above Eagle Service Standards.
• Be a positive influence on creating an upbeat team culture.
• Develop and coach all branch personnel to meet branch goals.
• Innovative marketing of the Credit Union services.
• Develop and grow branch through business development activities.
• Direct supervision of three to twelve team members.
• Balance cash drawers accurately and make sound lending decisions.
• Train Financial Service Officers on ICCU lending philosophies.
• Meet NPS goals and Eagle Service standards with branch.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent management experience
