Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a service environment with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and planning abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driving record and operator license for powered equipment
• Knowledge of industrial powered equipment industry

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of the branches.
• Partner with general manager and branch managers to meet goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Development and supervision of branch staff.
• Coordinate enrollment and participation in staff training (MHEDA, MRA, etc).
• Oversee and ensure billing for parts and service; audit KPIs.
• Ensure annual reviews for branch employees are conducted timely.
• Participate in management meetings as scheduled.
• Ensure service jobs are quoted properly and completed on time.
• Process completed jobs for billing immediately.
• Back up branch staff during vacations/illness.
• Ensure branch and vehicles are properly maintained.
• Attend relevant trade shows.
• Monitor safety and work environment; enforce PPE usage.
• Handle projects as assigned by executive management.
