Culligan is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee store operations, lead daily activities, and drive profitability across branches. You will guide staff, set performance objectives, and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing bottling plant operations, managing service sales, and optimizing schedules and budgets. A four-year degree is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills. Competitive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Four-year degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 5 years of Basic Plumbing, Operations, Management, and Marketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
• Ability to generate sales growth and financial performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bottling water plant and satellite branches, focusing on service activities like HVAC, Plumbing, and maintenance.
• Drive growth and profitability through efficient service operations management.
• Safeguard branch assets and manage P&L for service streams.
• Monitor overtime and temporary labor in service departments.
• Ensure exceptional customer service in service interactions and evaluate staff performance.
• Motivate staff and foster team culture emphasizing service excellence.
• Conduct financial analysis and implement corrective actions for service revenues/expenses.
• Manage service delivery and call routing to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets for service contracts and forecast/budget accordingly.
• Supervise payables, inventory, receivables for service materials.
• Stay informed about local competition in service sector and adapt strategies.
• Recruit, select and develop branch employees with focus on technical skills.
• Enforce company policies and safety guidelines, focusing on service safety.
• Provide training and coaching with focus on technical skills.
• Support production supervisor and assist administrative tasks related to service ops.
• Handle insurance reporting paperwork related to service incidents.
• Wear company uniforms as required in service roles.
• Optimize branch efficiency through automation and consolidation of duties in service processes.
