The role involves supervising staff, driving sales leads with customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Typical schedule is 44 hours weekly, including evenings/weekends, with eligible bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to retrieve items from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build knowledge of all products to recommend effectively.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising, including displays and promotions.
• Support staff training, development, and performance management.
• Respond to and resolve customer and staff complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
