Job summary

Service Partners in Missouri is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead our warehouse team, oversee inventory, deliveries, and daily operations, and drive service excellence for our customers.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of the construction or distribution industry, OSHA and DOT familiarity, and strong computer skills. Local travel up to 25% may be involved to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid drivers license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledgeable in construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to build relationships and retain customers.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
• Manage warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries.
• Develop employees into the next generation leaders.
• Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee and bolster sales team performance while supporting customer relationships.
• Ensure safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained.
