Partners Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I to assist the Market Manager in day-to-day branch operations in Wells, Maine. The role emphasizes compliance with policies and procedures, staff guidance, and responsible scheduling while driving deposit growth and loan production.

The position requires leading teller and customer service teams, delivering regular evaluations, and helping with hiring. It offers full-time status with on-site work and opportunities for professional growth

Competenze

• 3+ years of supervisory, sales, service and operations experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer sales, service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Adapt easily to change and multitask.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and computer skills.
• Proven supervisory ability to motivate and direct others.
• Knowledge of branch, teller and customer service processes, policies, guidelines and operating procedures.

Mansioni

• Manage overall daily branch operations and ensure staff's on-going compliance with the Bank's operating procedures, policies and guidelines.
• Responsible for insuring branch cash audits and routine audit/security reports are completed and submitted on schedule.
• Oversee teller and customer service staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflows are maintained.
• Coach, mentor and provide on-going cross training of staff to build their skills and knowledge in various areas including operations, compliance, sales and service.
• Engage in sales activities to promote Partners Bank products and services to existing customers and prospects.
• Proficient in the sale, service and personal production of all deposit and consumer loan products and services.
• Participate in the preparation and delivery of employee performance evaluations and documentation.
• Provide input in the hiring of branch tellers and customer service staff, and employee disciplinary action plans.
• Capable of managing the branch temporarily in the Market Manager's absence
• Represent the bank at various community events and encourages staff participation.
