Job summary

Patriot Environmental leads branch operations to ensure safety, customer focus, and financial effectiveness across locations. The role oversees budgets, staff development, fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and growth within assigned areas.

Essential functions include establishing a safety culture, directing overall operations, ensuring policy compliance, and collaborating with HSE to monitor safety metrics. 15–50% travel is required for field oversight and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in operations.
• Valid DMV record per company standards.
• Leadership in environmental remediation or hazardous waste.
• Experience leading safety programs.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local hazardous waste and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze information and forecast outcomes.
• Experience with reporting and financial analysis.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience thriving in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Branch safety culture and safe work practices.
• Direct and optimize operations within the assigned geographic area.
• Ensure compliance with company goals, policies, and regulations.
• Monitor performance, safety, and environmental issues; implement solutions.
• Review reports and provide input on operations and safety concerns.
• Manage budget planning, AFEs, and fleet expenditures.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff.
• Travel 15–50% to support field operations.
• Collaborate with Area Management and HSE on safety metrics.
• Market services and build profitable customer relationships.
• Oversee maintenance, inventory, and purchasing activities.
