• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain field-based teams.
• Proficient with scheduling, dispatch, or work order management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
