Job summary

• 5+ years in construction or rental with customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in logistics and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, sales, rental, parts and service with P&L responsibility.
• Ensure safety and Maxim policies across all branch activities.
• Analyze data for project calculations and take-offs.
• Ensure compliance with FHWA and ASTM codes.
• Visit sites during installations and resolve issues.
• Support engineers with planning, design and tender documents.
• Prepare presentations on Maxim systems and advantages.
• Coordinate with dispatch and service manager to maintain profitability.
