Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in operations or related fields, a strong business acumen, and aBachelor's degree (preferred) with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, distribution, inventory management, manufacturing, retail, logistics, or a related business environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement and driving financial performance.
• Experience leading inventory management, forecasting, and operational planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget, including revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Direct all aspects of branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Lead inventory management processes and oversee supply chain and logistics activities to support business goals.
