Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operation Supervisor to support the Branch Operation Manager in daily driver route assignments and service calls. You will use Logistics Department technology to optimize routes and ensure customer needs are met while complying with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring P&L with BOM, performing monthly vehicle inspections, leading and training staff, and coordinating with fleets and vendors to deliver safe, reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in transportation.
• Experience in transportation industry and auto maintenance.
• Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily driver route assignments with BOM.
• Ensure Service Technicians meet customer needs while complying with DOT regulations.
• Perform route observations (up to 4 per month).
• Conduct monthly vehicle inspections.
• Maintain professional appearance of vehicles and staff.
• Coordinate with Fleet maintenance and vendors.
• Train and develop employees.
• Be on-call nights and weekends.
• Follow emergency procedures and keep contact lists.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly paperwork.
