Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Troy, MI to lead branch logistics, drive operational excellence, and mentor field personnel. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of management experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Willingness to obtain state pesticide licensing within one year is required. This role offers growth within a nationwide tree care leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain pesticide licensing within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branch logistics, including scheduling personnel and equipment, inventory, and repairs.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop field teams to ensure safety and high performance.
• Monitor branch operations and financial performance with accurate profit/loss reporting.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and foster an employee-led safety culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to maximize branch productivity.
