SavATree LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Pineville, NC to lead branch logistics, people management, and safety programs. You will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure profitability while mentoring field personnel and enforcing company policies.

The role emphasizes hiring, training, performance development, and adherence to safety standards in a collaborative environment focused on quality and client service.

Qualifications

Two years of management experience required.
Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage branch logistics, scheduling field personnel and equipment.
Hire, train, mentor, and develop field teams to ensure safety and performance.
Monitor branch operations and financial performance with accurate P&L reporting.
Implement and oversee safety protocols, fostering an employee-led safety culture.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to maximize productivity.
