Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a branch, oversee logistics, and drive safety and profitability. You will hire, mentor, and develop field personnel while enforcing SavATree’s policies to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational excellence.

The role focuses on coordinating branch operations, staff development, and financial performance, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branch logistics, including scheduling field personnel and equipment, inventory, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop field teams to ensure safety and high performance.
• Monitor branch operations and financial performance with accurate profit/loss reporting.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and foster a safety-first culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost branch productivity.
