SavATree is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch logistics, safety, and profitability. You will hire and mentor field personnel, manage daily operations, and ensure service quality while enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience are required.
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branch logistics, including scheduling field personnel and equipment.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop field teams for high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor branch operations and financial performance with accurate profit/loss reporting.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and foster an employee-led safety culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies to maximize productivity.
