Job summary

This role oversees branch personnel, implements process improvements, and collaborates with sales, compliance, and IT to optimize shipments, budgeting, and performance metrics. A Customs Broker License and 7-10+ years in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Customs Broker License.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliant, timely shipments.
• Monitor KPIs such as shipment timeliness, customs compliance, and billing accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch personnel and manage performance.
• Manage branch revenue, expenses, profitability, and budget adherence.
• Maintain strong customer and partner relationships and support growth initiatives.
• Ensure CBP, PGA/OGA compliance and ethical business practices.
• Collaborate with sales, IT, and corporate teams on system enhancements.
