Qualifications

• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Brokerage License required – 20 continuing education credits/recent renewal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch compliance and initiatives including audits and process improvements.
• Support branch managers and coordinate operations and customer escalations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of staff as needed.
• Analyze and report on customs-related operational metrics (Power BI reporting).
• Collaborate with customers, government agencies, and carriers to maintain service levels.
