Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in the Fort Walton Beach area. You will oversee branch operations, sales, service and staff development, driving budgets and customer growth while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

You will coach teams, build internal partnerships, recruit, and manage community relations to deepen customer relationships and expand business both inside and outside the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 1+ year of goal-driven retail sales leadership.
• Experience leading branch sales, service, operations and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
