You will lead staff, coach and evaluate team members, drive sales goals, and assist members with accounts and loans. You will participate in recruiting for Teller and Member Service positions, ensuring adherence to laws and banking regulations.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities, with professionalism and discretion.
