CSC ServiceWorks is seeking a senior leader to oversee field execution for a designated branch and satellites. You will guide Install, Technical Service, Collections, and Warehouse teams, driving Lean improvements and a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

You will develop talent, strengthen client relationships, and partner with Sales to align service delivery with retention and renewal strategies. Minimum salary is $100,000, with growth potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage branch teams and projects.
• Ability to balance multiple requests across departments.
• Experience with safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Strong skills in MS Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field execution for the branch and satellite sites.
• Lead and direct branch operations including Install, Tech Service, Collections, Warehouse.
• Develop teams through coaching and mentoring; drive Lean improvements.
• Foster cross-functional engagement and branch alignment regionally.
