Job summary

Addison Group in Elmhurst, IL seeks a Branch Manager - Operations to lead expansion and own the P&L across facilities and environmental services. You will drive safety, service quality, and client relationships while partnering with sales to meet annual targets and grow the regional footprint.

You will recruit and develop staff, set performance expectations, and implement KPI-driven improvements with corporate backing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of operations management experience.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and comfort with financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and operational standards.
• Proven track record in team development and driving results.
• Skilled at building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations — safety, efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and assets to uphold professional standards.
• Ensure accountability across teams through clear expectations and oversight.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to meet targets.
• Partner with the business development team to maintain a pipeline and close new business.
• Represent the company through local networking and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor client feedback and drive service improvements to maximize retention.
• Address concerns promptly and effectively.
• Own P&L — revenue generation, expense control, and forecasting.
• Track KPIs and implement profitability improvements.
• Identify cross-sell and revenue expansion opportunities.
