BrightView Landscapes in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, safety, and profitability. You will drive business growth through strategic sales management, client relationships, and workforce development.

You will lead branch teams, manage P&L, ensure compliance with EHS standards, and partner with leadership to achieve KPI targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in landscaping/operations.
• Experience with P&L management and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead strategic sales efforts and manage a healthy sales pipeline for growth.
• Supervise service delivery to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecast revenue, and control expenses.
• Uphold EHS policies and drive a culture of safety across operations.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; set performance expectations and coach.
