Naturescape in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a developing branch and drive growth within a family-owned company. You will balance field production, sales development, and team coaching to build a high-performing unit.

As a Branch Manager, you will guide specialists, coordinate routes, train staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while maintaining efficient office operations. A paid training program is provided, and no lawn care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of field work.
• Motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to drive growth and service excellence.
• Increase sales while developing branch staff and routes.
• Hold weekly group meetings to review performance and strategies.
