QXO, North America’s largest insulation distributor, seeks a Manager in Training (MIT) to grow into a branch leadership role. You’ll rotate through warehouse, customer service, logistics and sales, learning policies and procedures to boost profitability.

The ideal candidate is personable, 18+, with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in production or logistics, and willing to relocate and travel over 40% for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in production, logistics services, or construction/supply chain related industry.
• Operations management experience in production/logistics/building materials/construction.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Work in warehouse and office environments.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Travel >40% for training as needed.
• Support training across departments: warehouse, customer service, logistics, and sales.
