Job summary

Circle of Life Home Care Anishinaabe is seeking a Branch Manager for our Kirtland, NM location to lead daily operations and drive exceptional in-home care services for seniors and individuals with disabilities.

You will manage payroll, care plan reviews, and ensure compliance with service standards while partnering with corporate leadership to meet financial targets and growth objectives. A strong focus on community relations and team development is essential.

• Comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kirtland office. This can include processing payroll, reviewing client care plans, and ensuring our clients receive the exceptional health care services they deserve.
• Work alongside Corporate Leadership to ensure financial benchmarks and revenue goals are being met.
• Building meaningful relationships with those in the healthcare community. You'll be working with case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to help in the community maintain independence and stay in their homes.
