Job summary

Circle of Life in Kirtland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the local office and ensure exceptional in-home care services for seniors, children, and individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on operations and client outcomes in the Kirtland community.

You will collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve financial benchmarks and strengthen referrals from physicians, case managers, and other sources to help clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to manage schedules.
• Strong time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Experience training small groups and keeping them engaged.

Position Duties Include

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kirtland office.This can include processing payroll, reviewing client care plans, and ensuring our clients are receiving the exceptional health care services they deserve.
• Work alongside Corporate Leadership to ensure financial benchmarks and revenue goals are being met.
• Building meaningful relationships with those in the healthcare community. You'll be working with case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to help those in the community maintain their independence and stay in their homes.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants should be comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite. Applicants should have excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. This position also requires applicants to be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged.
