Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch staff.
• Manage the branch in the Branch Manager's absence and drive sales/profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales.
• Investigate customer complaints and adjust resources as needed.
• Schedule staff, analyze budgets and variances.
• Serve customers and support the counter and inside sales.
