White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager in Austin, TX. The role focuses on supporting branch sales and operations, developing staff, and driving profitability.

You will coordinate procurement, inventory, shipping, and warehousing while ensuring accurate order billing and timely customer service. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for Spanish language skills and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in branch management or similar leadership role.
• Experience coordinating procurement, inventory, and sales in a distribution environment.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch staff and sales/operations associates.
• Manage branch in the Branch Manager’s absence and develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per company policies.
• Resolve customer issues (damaged items, overcharges, delays) and adjust resources as needed.
• Address inventory discrepancies and adjust as required.
• Assist customers and inside sales, ensure orders are billed correctly, and monitor staff schedules and budgets.
• Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate a company or personal vehicle; MVR check may be required.
