Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or management
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Lead field and office teams to meet performance goals.
• Oversee branch budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across projects.
• Manage staffing, equipment, and resources to maintain capacity.
• Recruit, hire and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor KPIs for Estimators and Project Team Leaders.
• Review and approve job costing and billing in a timely manner.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for branch employees.
• Maintain branch facilities and ensure safety and compliance.
