Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold field and office teams accountable to performance goals.
• Oversee branch financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across projects.
• Manage staffing, equipment, and resources to maintain production capacity.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team and conduct evaluations.
• Monitor KPIs for Estimators and Project Team Leaders and drive improvements.
