Patterson Companies in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Branch Manager to partner with the General Manager to develop strategy and achieve branch objectives. You will direct all branch operations including Service, Equipment, Customer Service, Accounting, and Inventory while implementing best practices.

The role emphasizes people management, performance coaching, budgeting, and fostering a customer-service culture; travel and on-site requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office is required.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Degree in general business is preferred; prior management experience is a plus.
• Experience in finance, inventory management, accounting or HR is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directs branch operations across Service, Equipment, Customer Service, Accounting and Inventory.
• Partners with the General Manager to develop budgets and allocate resources.
• Manages accounts payable/receivable and delinquent accounts decisions.
• Fosters a customer service culture and supervises service personnel.
• Coaches and mentors direct reports and conducts performance reviews.
• Participates in staffing decisions and ensures policy compliance.
