The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience and a background in HME or home health, with strong communication skills and familiarity with Brightree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience at minimum
• Three years’ experience in home health industry or HME preferred
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily operational management at a single location or multiple in a multi-location company.
• Ensure quality and appropriateness of service and adherence to company policies.
• Assist with interviews, job descriptions, trainings, and recruitment to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain ability to monitor budgets and forecast revenue, identify cost-saving measures.
• Lead by example and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
