Job summary

Elwood Staffing seeks a Branch Manager for its Missouri region to drive sales, operations, and profitability at the branch level. You will lead recruiting, training, and coaching to ensure top performance and on-time fulfillment, while maintaining excellent client service.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, meeting performance targets, and ensuring compliance with policies. Travel between branches and client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in management or as a team lead.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between branch and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary driver of sales, operations, and profit for your branch.
• Ensure the branch has a strong recruiting team and winning sales efforts.
• Manage recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and coaching internal team members.
• Develop and mentor staff for ongoing performance improvements.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment and service operations meeting targets.
• Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely feedback and corrective actions.
