You will collaborate with leaders to set goals, improve customer experience, manage billing and payroll with administration, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring compliant, efficient operations and a cohesive company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of experience leading multiple landscape operations.
• Proven ability to manage others.
• Proficiency in Aspire a plus.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel) skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
