Job summary

SunWorks Landscape Partners in Vero Beach, FL seeks a Branch Manager who will own all operations at the local branch. You will lead landscaping teams, drive quality and client service, and partner with the business development team to grow revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, experience leading a $5M+ commercial landscape operation, budgeting and GAAP reporting, and proficiency with Aspire/Weathermatic. Onsite work and an ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a commercial landscape maintenance business with $5m+ in annual revenue.
• Strong people leadership and growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Budgeting, cost management, and GAAP financial reporting at a managerial level.
• Proficiency with industry software tools is preferred (Aspire, Weathermatic).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of landscaping professionals across divisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and future clients; collaborate with business development to drive growth.
• Monitor financial performance, report variances, and present reports on operational and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and SunWorks' safety practices.
