Job summary

Old West FCU Baker City Branch seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage daily branch functions and drive excellent member service. You will lead staff development, oversee onboarding, training, coaching and performance management, while ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include developing and executing operations plans for card services, ATM, wires, ACH and remote deposit, and coordinating with management to meet corporate objectives and maintain OWFCU’s

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience in banking operations, card services, ATM, wires and ACH is preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills; ability to coach and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations to meet service goals.
• Lead staff development, hiring, promotions, coaching and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, security controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-train staff and maintain knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Prepare reports and contribute to strategic operational improvements.
• Foster a professional, courteous member experience and public image.
