Job summary

The Hope Group, A SunSource Company, is seeking a Store/Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise personnel, and ensure policies are followed. You will coordinate purchasing, receiving, order filling, and inventory control to meet service and profitability goals.

Responsibilities include directing staff, reviewing performance, handling pricing and customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Supervise store/branch personnel and daily operations.
• Coordinate purchasing, receiving, and inventory control.
• Provide customer service including order entry, pricing, and delivery information.
• Prepare quotations and assist with shipping/expediting.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Reconcile cash sales and handle daily financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of store staff and operations.
• Direct work assignments and supervise performance reviews.
• Review inquiries and orders with correct part identification.
• Place purchase orders and review supplier quotations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Support outside sales with quotations and customer service.
