Miller Environmental Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead all branch operations, drive performance, and support growth. You will oversee staff, budgets, and P&L, ensuring safety conformity and regulatory compliance in daily activities.

The role partners with Business Development to strengthen client relationships, secure new work, and expand market presence while directing emergency response efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in operations leadership or related field.
• Strong knowledge of DOT, RCRA, EPA, OSHA regulations.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, coach, and manage the performance of all branch staff.
• Oversee daily operations, including labor and equipment utilization, expenses, and overall performance.
• Plan and allocate labor, equipment, and resources to support current work and future growth.
• Manage and maintain accountability for branch budgets, financial performance, and P&L results.
• Partner with Business Development on sales initiatives, proposals, client meetings, and market growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; resolve service, operational, or quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Oversee fleet, facility, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Review job reports and ensure accuracy of billing, proposals, quotes, and documentation.
• Direct emergency response activities, including planning, mobilization, and coordination.
• Communicate performance, risks, and operational needs to senior leadership.
