Qualifications

• Retail banking experience required (1+ years).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.
• Leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming branch atmosphere and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations including cash vault and ATM, resolving issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support specialized financial needs.
