Job summary

IDI Insulation’s Norcross, GA branch is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to identify prospective customers, grow profitable sales, and foster a cohesive team that embodies our culture and Core Values.

You will oversee branch operations, safety, inventories, and staff including Sales, DC Manager, Drivers, and operations personnel; perform annual sales forecasting, budgeting, and monthly P&L reviews with the Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years in sales, with insulation/building materials experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Profitable growth of IDI sales and development of new customers.
• Oversee branch operations including safety, inventories, turnover, and staff retention.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and monthly P&L reviews with the Regional Director.
• Develop and mentor branch personnel to foster a strong customer service culture.
